NYU Scholarships and Financial Aid
Admissions: At New York University, Each NYU School of Medicine applicant must have completed. NYU SOM requires completion of undergraduate study and a baccalaureate degree.Applicants must have attended an accredited college or university; courses taken outside approved colleges of liberal arts will not be credited toward admission requirements.
Scholarships: Scholarship funds are distributed primarily based on financial need in order to attract the most competitive and diverse class. A $40,500 Stafford Loan is available with unsubsidized interest to cover any additional educational costs. These loans are the primary source of aid to students. Those students in need of additional aid are assisted through the Federal Graduate PLUS Loan.
